For our client, Somerset Care, we fully optimised their PPC campaigns by defining the overarching PPC strategy to move away from purely driving traffic to focus on finding the right traffic and ultimately making the campaigns more cost-effective.

I’ve just reached my two-month milestone at t&s, and while that doesn’t qualify me for a long-service award, it’s more than enough time to form an accurate picture of what life is like at t&s.

Ten years of hard work, fun, memories, and amazing achievements to look back on fondly for us all (and yes, before you say anything, not all of us have been here since the beginning but we’re proud all the same!). 

With 2021 well underway now, we find ourselves slowly easing back into what was once considered ‘normal’, but it’s evident that certain practices learnt over the past year may not phase out that quickly. 

Now that the dust has settled from the end of this year’s TSA iTEC Virtual Conference, it feels like the perfect time to reflect on our relationship with the TSA; how we are now recognised as one of the leading marketing agencies for telecare and telehealth services.

It goes without saying that 2020 was a year like no other in modern times. Lives and economies were severely disrupted and we all had to make changes. At t&s we had a steep learning curve with regards to remote working.

What is the magic word you should include in your email subject lines to guarantee high open rates? Are there any special characters you need to avoid so your mail doesn’t go straight into the “SPAM” folder? Should you be using emojis to engage millennials?

September’s Digital Gaggle, and the last instalment for 2019, was a day jam-packed with interesting talks, great networking tactics and perfecting our goose ‘honk’. As a keen event attendee, this was surprisingly my first Digital Gaggle, but it certainly won’t be my last!

Roughly 10 months ago, I took the fairly risky decision to hand in my notice and leave my retail job of two years, in the hope that I could begin a career in design – something I had planned on making a reality since graduating from University with a degree in Graphic Communication some years ago.

Although it can be very time consuming, the most valuable way to increase social media connections with individuals in comparable industries and prospective clients, is to interact and naturally grow this following.
